The only way I know is to use reference waveforms.

Your CAN bus is unterminated and you see the retry messages.

In the PS software this is done in the software so you have to program this yourselves.
You can do this with a moving average function.

your sample rate is far to lo.
you should sample at least 5 times the frequency of the input signal.
So in your case you should be sampling at least at 1MS/sec.
