Re: Picoscope 2000

You can do this, be aware the maximum output is +/- 2V The lowest my 3403D can do is 0.030 Hz, i suppose the 2000 series have the same limits. This have to be confirmed from a picoscope official. For higher voltages I have used

Have you looked at this post

Be aware that measuring on the mains voltage is dangerous.
A voltage divider circuit with resistors wont protect you against hazardous voltages.

SPI decode MOSI and MOSO at the same time

is it possible to have the MOSI and MOSO decoded at the same time.
So you can see the response from the device in the same grid.
Now you need to decode them separately and export them to CSV or something and take the data column from the MOSO and append it to the MOSI.

i2c decoding high sample rates fails

I am working on an application that uses i2s at 3Mhz and i2c at 100kHz. With normal settings the 3403D samples at 250MS/sec. For the i2s decoding this is not a problem. The i2c decoding fails on the decoding in this case. The data send in all samples was exactly the same. 0x10 0x00 0x01 i2c decoding...

Can someone post a pssettings file with the colors set for a dark theme ?
This will be a lot faster than changing every color individually.

Do you have the switch on the high current position ?

Re: Measuring small dV signal over 600VDC bias

A 8 bit scope will do at +/- 1000VDC = 2000V top-top 7.8V per LSB. And usually the LSB has a lot of noise on it. You will need at least a 14 bit scope then you wil have a LSB of 122 mV With the enhanced resolution you can go to 18 bits with a LSB of 8 mV If you want to do a beter yob then you can ge...

Ok thanks, was annoying because you lose unsaved information (it wont ask are you to save unsaved waveforms)

    Re: Problems with CAN

You need to set the threshold and the Low can channel.
    And 20k baud rate
    2019-07-12_18-36-40.png
    It is actually 19.8 kbaud

Re: Trigger on interval between 2 channels

I had taken this the other way around, with the SDK capture the data in streaming mode at 5MS/sec and process this data in a separate thread and save the raw data on the HD. I am now in the proces of importing this RAW data back into .psdata format. Seems quite simple updating the valuechunk andcoll...

    Re: Streaming Capabilities of PicoScopes

the 2204A is a 8 bit scope the 12 is achieved by averaging 256 samples (the actual number of samples can differ somewhere on the forum this is explained) so at 12 bit you get 100Ms / 256 = 390 kS/sec. the maximum streaming with the 2204A is 1 MS/sec because its internal buffer is only 8k so the 2204...

Trigger on interval between 2 channels

I have a 4444 scope and want to trigger when the time difference between ch C and D from 0 to 24V is bigger than 50 ms.
So when ch D follows ch C < 50 ms do nothing but when ch D stays low or takes 100 ms after ch C then trigger.

I suppose it would but someone from Pico has to confirm this because I don't have a PicoLog unit to confirm this for you.
