Re: Picolog 1000 series

Hello guys.

Just wondering if there's a problem. Heard nothing at all after sending an email to your guys requesting help. :(

Don't quite understand what's happening. Could you give 'em a nudge for me, please. I need to make a purchase to get this project rolling.

Ta.

Re: Picolog 1000 series

Hello Martyn, and thanks.

I've no chance at writing software. I know nothing about it at all so the SDK option is, effectively, no option for me. And I don't suppose I'll get anyone to write it for me! :(

I'll contact your support guys and see what transpires, tho.

Thanks V much.

Best.

Picolog 1000 series

Hello Pico. Pre-purchase advice sought, please. I need to log data from an aparatus that generates a voltage output as an instrument sweeps through 360 degrees. Logging just 1 revolution is sufficient although the equipment runs until it's turned off! (However, the more revs I can log to compare wit...

Re: Picolog 1012 and it's software

Hello Hitesh, and thanks for your reply. I accept the samples per second issue in that the sampling could take place on any part of the sinewave and give error results over 1 single scan. I'm currently using a (so called, real time) software spectrum analyser via a USB connection. I get around the s...

Picolog 1012 and it's software

Hello guys! I'm now at the point in my project where I must consider the data collection and display aspects. As far as I can see your Picolog 1012 will be fine as my (hobby) budget has to be considered! I'm resonating LCR circuits with a sweep gen over (approx) 20Hz to 40kHz: the sweep frequency is...

Re: Need advice selecting a product ... please!

Hello Ziko, and thanks. The trouble I have with this laptop / nootebook is electrical noise and a lack of frequency response (it is, afterall, a lower end machine that's at least 10 years old). In addition I have to use the switching PSU cos the battery's had it: the PSU generates loads of noise! I ...

Need advice selecting a product ... please!

Hello guys. I'm a former electronics man (now retired) and want to get back into 'dabbling' again! I have an old (but absolutely OK) Packard Bell notebook that I run a soundcard scope on. But this senario is utter rubbish!! So I wondered about a Pico USB product. My current and expected area of inte...
