Re: ADC - 11 - measuring 5v sensors / 12v sensors

Hi.

I have had the chance to look at the logger this morning - install the software and it is a 1216 version. So not quite what I was expecting.

Is there an input board available for this and the same question regarding the input voltage range?

Regards

james.

Re: ADC - 11 - measuring 5v sensors / 12v sensors

Hi.

The unit on arrival, is actually brand new and from Rapid Electronics. It was bought from Ebay - but from there Ebay shop I now see.

It is a shame that the board is not available.

Would there be some work around?

Regards
James.

Re: ADC - 11 - measuring 5v sensors / 12v sensors

Hello Ziko. Thank you for your very helpful reply. Indeed I am purchasing this unit second hand. Is there a modern day equivalent? The board you kindly sent the link too looks very useful but unfortunately I do not think I will be receiving that. Is it still available? Very best to you. James Sincla...

ADC - 11 - measuring 5v sensors / 12v sensors

Hi.

I have a USB version of the ADC 11 on order. I note it has an upper voltage limit of 2.5v.

What would be the best way of reading greater than this voltage? Say 5v sensors or 12v sensors?

Best regards

James.
