Picolog1216

I purchased and am currently using Picolog 1216. I need to measure 16 voltages simultaneously. The voltage range is around 2.2 to 2.5 mV. When I look at the terminal board, i see only six ground sockets. How can I measure sixteen voltages simultaneously? Any help? Thanks.
