I need to use a sound card to monitor some audio signals but his Zin is not high, around 20-40 kohm

can some one help me to find the way to measure the Vdc offset over ac mains (220 or 240 vac) with this TA-041?

I have to check if on my lab I have this problem that can happen sometimes; it can be a problem for power tansfromer.

I am trying to use datalog to capture voltage with adc212 parallel connection.
But I can see only Vdc choice and not Vac and other measure (as manual says), is it normal?

thx for answer but my problem is to reach the possibility to work with one pc with two software.
The Apwin for Audio precision System One works with win98, no other chance ( ).
From your answer I suppose that there isn't a solution, right?
