Re: ETS Trigger Option not showing

I would expect the reason you are not seeing ETS is that you have the hardware resolution set to 12 bit or higher. ETS is only available in 8 bit mode.

Re: Picolog 6 has it changed with recent updates

Graphing all channels would have been the default setup, although you can split channels across four different axes, so that may be where you recollection of four came from. I will feed back your comments about a bar graph display, sounds an interesting idea, but I can't guarantee if or when it woul...

Re: Picoscope 4262 ADC values

This will be due to the digital scaling applied to all the values returned from the scope. This digital scaling is necessary to ensure that when a fixed value of say 1V is present at the input of the scope that the software will report this as 1V. The values used for digital scaling are calculated d...

Re: Resolution enhancement and trigger threshold

If you remove the resolution enhancement so that you are seeing raw values, you will see that every trigger is actually at the same value of 471.2mV as shown by the masurement I have added which is maximum between rulers. TriggerPoint.png this applies to the buffers you mentioned but also ones which...

Re: Picoscope Firmware Version

The scope only contains software to manage the loading of the actual running image, it does not retain this after it is powered down. This image file is contained in the dll and loaded into the scope when you issue the Open command in your own application, or when you start the PicoScope application...

Re: Resolution enhancement and trigger threshold

Can you post psdata files showing what you mean, then we can see the actual data and the setup of the scope and software.

Re: Picoscope Firmware Version

Please email support@picotech.com providing the information in the Help->About Window of PicoScope 6 with each of the scopes attached. We will then check the versions of the firmware against the serial numbers of the device. Please note that the functional operation of the device is controlled by a ...

Ran it with my Picoscope 2205A. In the "Devices" window it shows the detected Picoscope, but it is greyed out and says "Not supported"
That is the message you get when using the PicoScope 7 Automotive Software with a PicoScope 2205A.
Can you post a screenshot showing this.

Re: Tracking Mains waveform characteristics

First you are going to need to be careful how you connect your scope up to the signal you wish to measure, you shouldn't be using the supplied x10 probes, but appropriate safety rated probes. Please see https://www.picotech.com/accessories/active-differential-high-voltage If you are using a recent v...

Re: Signal Loss when Zooming In on Y-Axis with PicoScope 3406DMSO

The issue you are seeing is that on the 200mV and lower ranges the input amplifiers are saturating and they will take time to recover. You can try using the graph zooming function on the 500mV or higher ranges to see more detail, potentially using some Resolution Enhancement on the Channel DSP tab t...

Re: Signal Loss when Zooming In on Y-Axis with PicoScope 3406DMSO

If using 10x on the probe it is worth setting the software to the same, although this will only reflect in the correct voltages being displayed in the graph.

Re: ARM64 Driver Raspberry Pi OS 64/Debian

We can't give any timescales as to when we will be able to provide arm64 drivers, however we are currently working on some technical backend work that we need to complete and test before we can start this work. So it is in the plan of upcoming work.

Re: Pico 7 spreadsheet export?

Which PicoScope model do you have?

and can you send in a psdata file with a description showing which information you need to access.
