Re: 2408B Math Low Pass Filter Cutoff Freq

Can you post the psdata file so that we can take a look at the signals and setup.

Re: picoscope 2204A

Can you post a data file showing the error, the fact that you can increase the range beyond 20V suggests that you have a custom probe enabled in the software set to x10, and the actual probe is not set the same.

Re: PicoLog with CM3 via Network Linux

It is possible to communicate with the CM3 directly using UDP packets with Linux, however the PicoLog 6 application uses the the library files, and the Linux versions do not have support for ethernet connectivity which is why the menu option is missing. We have feature requests in to look at this, a...

Re: How to test the CM3?

I am surprised on the CM3 date, can you contact support@picotech.com and let them know where and when you purchased the unit. The unit has a 3 channel multiplexer before a single high resolution ADC, and for a single channel the conversion time is 720msecs. The device is not intended for looking at ...

Re: crosstalk between multi channel of PS2407B

When you add in more channels, the sampling rate drops, so with your narrow pulse you can't always guarantee to take a sample at the highest part of the pulse. Therefore any peak measurements you take will be compromised.

Re: Data collection with the PicoScope

The 250 MSamples is the internal memory of our device, you do not need to worry about bytes, as everything is worked in samples We have two modes of capture Streaming mode where data is sent as it is collected directly to the PC over the USB bus, the 250 MSamples of onboard memory is used as a FIFO ...

Re: 2406B Unable to set Channels C and D in labview

The 2406B would have always worked with LabVIEW if you wrote the code yourself, the issue was with the examples we provide and this has now been updated to support the 4 channel models in the 2000 series.

Re: Why the measured value is scaled even I don't set it on PicoScope 6

Is the scope probe set on x10 if yes then either change to x1 or use channel options menu to change the probe to x10 in the software.

Re: How to set sampling rate to 50MSPS with SDK

You can't set 50MS/s

In PicoScope the 50MS is the number of samples you would like to collect across the screen. If you select Views->View Properties you will get a panel on the right showing exactly how the scope is set up.

Re: Measurement Delta not saved to psdata file

When loading a psdata file measurement data will be related to the buffer displayed on screen, so a single capture which is why the delta will be zero. When running live the min max average and delta statistics relate to multiple buffers.

Re: Data collection with the PicoScope

In general use the scope will collect a block of data, download this to the PC, then collect another. There will be gaps between the blocks where the scope is being rearmed for the next collection. Can you send a psdata file with your data to support@picotech.com and the team will be able to explain...

Re: ps3000 RapidBlock and GetValuesOverlappedBulk

We would need to see your code and setup to understand the timing. Rapid Block Mode will allow you to collect multiple blocks of data to the devices memory with the minimum rearm time. However it will still take a finite time to download this data to the PC once the collection is complete, if you le...

Re: Pico Technology PP707

Unfortunately there are only 3 available external inputs that can take temperature or humidity sensors, and the DrDAQ will need to be connected to a PC to provide power and to store data, it does not run standalone.
