Hi Sarah I emailed the address you specified yesterday so that I can return our faulty TC-08 but have yet to get a reply. Does it normally take some time to respond? We are very keen to return the device for evaluation so the equipment that uses it can be used again. It is currently out of action at...

Hi Sarah Thanks for that. Since I posted to the forum I have 'messed' around with the device and picolog a little and it does seem to be an intermittent fault. Sometimes the device is recognised and sometimes it isn't. I think you are right, the best bet is to get it back to you for evaluation and r...

Serial TC-08 Connection Problems

Hi All We use a serial TC-08 in a system we have designed and it has suddenly stopped working. Software was developed in C# to utilise the libraries available through PICO and it has been working fine for a couple of years. Just last week the user started to get intermittent errors with the temperat...

Enviromon Software Alarm Acknowledgement

Hi Again I have another problem with my Enviromon software. We currently have an EL008 connected to a PC and an EL001, EL0037 and EL018 Auto-dialer. Now the EL037 is connected to three thermocouples and is set up as a 4-20mA monitor. I have written a psc file to convert the current to degrees c. We ...

Auto-Dialer Alarm Acknowledgement + Others

Hi We have a system in place which has an EL008 logger connected to an EL001 and EL037 as well as an EL018 Auto-dialer adapter. I actually have three questions regarding this setup. 1. Initially we only had the EL008 and EL037 in the network. Autoconfiguring the software detected all these component...

.PSC Files

Hi Thanks for the recent post. Now I have another question about .PSC files. We are using a EL037, together with an EL001 and some suitable thermocouples and amplifiers. The thermocouples will be placed in a dewer containing liquid nitrogen so I need to set the scaling to reflect the temperatures be...

Scaling Files

Hi All

I have an EL008 connected to an EL001 and then an EL037 in 4-20mA mode. Can you tell me where I can find information about 'Scaling Files' so I can set the equipment up to display temperature rather than current?

Kind Regards

Jamie

Minimum Specification for PC running Enviromon System

Hi All

Can anyone tell me the minimum PC specification for running the Enviromon software and system? Is it simply governed by the operating system, which will possibly be Windows XP?

Kind Regards

Jamie
