Hi,
If this question can be answered by reading the technical documentation, I will take no issue with a reply of the form: "RTFM".
I currently have a circuit which uses some SN74S140's to get a logic pulse over about 150 ft of RG58 coax using 50 Ohm termination. I'd like to replace this with a 2206B which uses the AWG to send a similar pulse when a fancy advanced trigger condition is satisfied.
What kind of current can I expect out of the AWG? I know the SN74S140's are pretty nice, providing about 50 mA which is enough to get a clean signal over that distance.
If I need to buffer the AWG output, shouldn't be too difficult.

Hi Sean,
The output impedance for the AWG is 600 Ohms (this is shown in the specs).
With the maximum output voltage of +2 V, this should give you
I = 2 / 600 = 0.0033 A

Yup, thanks a lot. I visited the spec page after I made the post and saw 600 Ohms in the "Output characteristics" field
