Install failed

Hi all,
On a W10 / 32bit computer I tried to install the latest PicoScope 6.12.5 software in admin mode.
The setup fails after the licence agreement, during files copy.
I have not yet plugged the Picoscope... bad start

Any hint ?

Can you go to Control Panel, then Administrative Tools, and the select Services. When the Services window opens find Windows Update service and double click it to open its Properties, and send in a screenshot of this.

We have seen some issues with Windows 7 but this s the first Windows 10 installation problem with the new release.

Can you also go to "Programs and Features" and post an image showing which NET versions are installed.

I did not see any DotNet installations.
And activate or deactivate windows fonctionnalities has no effet (empty window).

So in

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features

you have no Microsoft .NET Framework entries.

If this is the case then go to the Microsoft .NET Framework download site and install version 4.6.2
