2206A WIN 10 No Driver Found

Hey

Tried to Install the 2206A on my Windows 10 64 Bit Maschine . I used the latest Software for this Device ( also the Beta 6.12.3.2410 )


Software tells me there is no device connected. .

Software starts but will find no Device.

Device is shown in the Windows Device List but marked as unknown .

Any Ideas?

Hi Dominic,

Was the PicoScope 2206A previous working on the computer?

Are you using the supplied blue USB cable?

In the Windows Device Manager, try right-clicking the unknown device, then select 'Uninstall'. Unplug the device and then connect it on a different USB port and see if it is recognised.
