Post by Gologuzan »

Hi,
i have dell with 64bit win10

and lenovo with 32bit win7

and i have picoscope 2204a

i have installed last picoscope from webpage

PicoLog 5.25.3
PicoScope Beta 6.12.2.1871
PicoScope 6.11.12
PicoSDK 10.6.10 (64-bit)
PicoSDK 10.6.10 (32-bit)

with difference that for 32bit systems i was using 32bit SDK.

and for some reason not even one windows can't find drivers for it......

i have unknown device and that is it...

i got lost somewhere....

it was working fine. and once without picoscope attached i drained laptop battery totally, and windows shutdown in the middle of session. after that it is stucked in that part that windows can't find driver for device.

even after i have uninstalled everything rebooted, turned down laptop.
and reinstalled everything.....

Hi Gologuzan,

Its possible that there could be a hardware issue with your PicoScope 2204A.

Please e-mail support@picotech.com with your contact details and information on the oscilloscope serial number and where you purchased it from and we will look to assist you further.
