problem with usb-port for picoscope

Post by ajjoshi »

I was using ADC 100 (driver V2.9 -- LPT1 -- pico.sys V1.5) with picoscope(5.07.4) and it was working very fine.

Now, I have bought new laptop, which does not have a parallel port. So, I purchased a PICO usb-parallel-port. Also, I installed new picoscope(5.13.0), which came along with the usb-parallel-port.

Now when I use adc 100 (driver 3.0 -- usb-ppt1 -- picopp.sys V1.8) and pico usb-parallel-port for picoscope(5.13.0), I get following errors:
1. the signals stops abruptly while collecting the data
2. when i use 2 channels, the 2 signals go out of synchronization.

please help me for this
thanks
