Problem with data collect

Post by arielmedina61 »

Hi,
I want that the information (measurements) in the spreadsheet (.xls - Excel) to be updated automatically each time PicoScope collects new data, so I select Copy measurements and then Paste Link or Paste Special rather than Paste as this creates a DDE link between the applications.

But now this function does not work successfully.

I add an attachment to see this mistake.
Please note that ChA (blue) is registered succesfully, but not ChB(red).

Could you advise how can I do?

Thanks

Hello Ariel,

I have used your PSD file to recreate your setup.

I have tested in Excel with success.

The Red trace(ChB) is located further down the spreadsheet, at the end of the Blue trace(ChA).

I hope this helps.

Best regards,
Michael

Hi, Michael.
I know the Red trace(ChB) is located further down the spreadsheet, but the values are incorrect. ChB takes a value fixed at - 2 V, when there are a sin wave showed on the PS screen!

I have performed the same test with "Pico Scope Demo" and it works ok. Every channel is located into excel file with its correct value.

Best regards,
Ariel
