Pico 4223 measuring faults?

Post by liviu2004 »

I bought an Pico 4223, used. I am not able to measure a simple 4V phone battery, I can very easy measure it with another scope, only with Pico it does not work.

I've downloaded the Pico software, did a zero calibration with x1 probe, set DC, +/5V range, both A and B channels show more or less the same. Which sometimes is way to high voltage, or just something around 300 mV, really random.

Am I doing something wrong, or is the Pico defective? Can it be repaired by the makers?

Having seen your post on our automotive forum, can you paste the text from Help ->About, with the scope connected, so we can see what device you actually have.
