Pt 100 temperature probe - fast response

Hi,

I currently have some Pt 100 probes which are quite slow in picking up the changes in tmeperature. For example, It takes something about a couple of minutes to show the correct reading after for I insert them from room temperature into boiling water. For my application, I actually need probes which can do this in a second or so... or at least much faster than the ones I have now.

Can anyone advise me on where to get such probes?
