PicoScope 6 on Windows 10

Post by car6555 »

I have been unable to install the PicoScope 6 on Windows 10. I have tried on 2 different Dell Venue 8 Pro's and a Surface Pro. I also have tried both the latest stable and latest beta versions of the software. It gets to the registering product part of the install, starts rolling back changes, then informs me that it stopped because the install was interrupted. Any suggestions? would love to check out the 2204 we have at work, and be able to use it in general!

Thanks

Hitesh

Hi car6555,

Could you please generate an install log file and send this together with the DPINST.LOG file to support@picotech.com

You can find instructions via this post.

Hi Arndt,

Would you be able to send the files mentioned above to support@picotech.com

We can then check the files and pass them on to our Development Team.

Ok, I set all TPM values to 0 in UEFI, and now it installs and runs fine!
