Platinum resistance thermometers (PRTs)

I want to buy a PT104 with Platinum resistance thermometers (PRTs) like the probe WITHOUT a handle as shown in pictures at the top of web pages http://www.picotech.com/applications/pt100.html
and

What is the part number for the request style probe?

Calibration: do the probes and PT104 datalogger come with a calibration certificate?
Is the certificate an ISO 17025 Certificate?
If extra what is the cost of a ISO 17025 calibration on the probes and datalogger?
