PicoScope 2204 triggering question

I am running PicoScope 6 with PicoScope 2204 hardware. I'm triggering off an occasional 100 us wide logic pulse. The pulse is 5V high and the trigger level is 1V. My question is this. When the channel range is set to +/-10 V (or lower), the trigger works. When the channel range is set to +/-20V, it misses triggers and goes only on every third or fourth pulse. Is there a reason for this?

Can you save a psdata file for the current waveform and post it so we can take a look at the settings. Additionally please post the onformation from Help->About as this will give all the driver versions.
