PicoScope 3206 Stuck at 20V

Post by sodo001 »

Channel A on my scope is now stuck at 20V. If I ground the probe and do an offset null it stays at zero regardless of the input.

Channel B is working fine.

Is there anything I can do or is this a hardware fault?

Hi

Thank you for your post.

It sounds like channel A is faulty. This means it will need repairing - unfortunately there is nothing you can do from your end to fix it.

To get it repaired please email us at tech@picotech.com with your full contact details and details of the scope (make model number etc) so that we can issue you with an RMA and instructions on how to return it to us.

Best Regards
