15 TC readout

How can I read 15 TC and log them into a file ?
Do I need two TC-08 ? Can I run them with the same application ?
Can I run two applications simultaneously ?

Thank you for your post.

Yes I would recommend using 2 TC-08 units. You can use these at the same time and save all of the readings to the same file. Therefore you do not need to run the application twice (although this is possible).
