Thank you for your post.
The EL008 logger is still available at present as we do have stock, however once this stock is depleted it will not be replenished.
Unfortunately I do not believe the EL041 works with the EL008. The EL041 thermocouple converter is a newer unit and is thus not supported by the EL008 logger. You would need to use an EL005 logger instead.
