Problems with the graph

Post by Fritz 2 »

We want to log electrostatic events and show this direct to our customers. For this we bought an ADC42. On the old computer only with the ADC42 it works somehow. With a new PC and an Pico USB/Parallel Converter and the newest Software the graph will only display every 4 seconds.
On the Manual we found that the continious Monitoring will only work if you display one value every second? Can this be right? We cant belive this, its to slow! What can we do to make it faster- we need 10 values per second. We want to show this in a scrolling mode and display a graph.

We want to run the the simplest task you can think off- a slow +/- 1,0V DC signal should be shown as a graph over a time axis.

Hi

Thank you for your post.

I believe this update rate of the graph is a software bug - I have also seen this happen. You might like to try an older version of the software. You can download some from our website at:

Hope this helps

Best Regards
