New to scopes.

Post by pappasteve »

I'm interested in getting a good used scope to use on my car. I'm not very familiar with scopes but I want to learn how to use one. It is not something I would use a lot but use to find electrical problems on my car.

I have found a good used on but not sure it is compatible for auto use, It is a PicoScope (Model 3206 USB/digital oscilloscope). Is this a model that can be used on a auto?

Any help or suggestion would he appreciated.

This model is not one of our Automotive Scopes and as such it will only work with the Test and Measurement software. I would suggest that you pop across to our Automotive Forum http://www.picoauto.com/support/ and ask there. You would be looking for a 3223,3423,4223,4423 which are our older Automotive scopes.
