FIXED - New Windows 7 install, now PicoScope won't load up

Post by Algi »

Now fixed, can't explain why, just started working. I think perhaps to do with Win 7 updates. :D

********************************************************************************************************************

Thanks in advance for reading.

We have a Toshiba laptop that has been fine with our Picoscope, up until last week when we had to replace our hard drive.

Now after a fresh install of Win 7 Ultimate and other softwares, PicoScope start window appears, shortly followed by a Windows error box telling us that PicoScope has stopped working and windows is trying to find a solution to the problem.

Pico interface driver is installed and working properly it says.

It seems to me that PicoScope can't find something on our laptop in order to load, anyone know what? (>Net, C++, Java, Flash ???????) I'm lost !!!!!!!!!

Running Windows 7 32 bit
PicoScope 4425 Automotive

So, would appreciate some help, thanks again.

Regards
