SPI Decode fault

Post by NeillDR »

SPI decode is not working properly. The scope display shows the value shifted left by 1 bit (i.e. 0x08 is displayed as 0x10). Please see attached and advise how to set the SPI to show the correct data. Thank you. (version 6.10.11.15)

Yes I can see the issue you are having. The software is decoding the bit stream as if it's been moved to the left.
Currently there are issues with some of the serial protocols. And we have a number of bugs relating to SPI decoding issues.
Development is currently working fixing and improving all of the serial decoding features.
They are working to release an update of picoscope with the serial decoding protocols working. And hope to have a new beta version soon.
In a previous version most of the serial decoding was working. Please email in to support@picotech.com if you require a copy.
