Low SNR and slow measurement with picoscope 3205 on LabView

Post by d_olivenza »

Hi,

I am trying to develop a system capable of measuring 1 kHz signals from a photodiode using a low power useless leak in my experiment in order to be able of measure energy without disturbing the results. I am having two problems with the program: the first one is that I can't measure all the data (I only measure just at 50 Hz), ie my program is slow and I don't know why, and the second one is that I can't get a good SNR. The point is that with the software PicoScope 6 I can see the pulses perfectly but not on LabView (images attached). I will apreciate any help. I am a bit desperate at this point because I have spend a lot of time trying to solve these issues without being able to do it.

Thank you very much
Kind regards

The attached VI wasn't the one I am using. I attach it properly now.

Hi,
You haven’t included all your sub vi’s. Can you reattach the vi file to post, or email into support@picotech.com
Are you using 32 or 64 bit labview?
Can you review the points in this forum post- topic12601.html
