Serial decoding USB, infinite DATA 1 frame

Post by pm_embedded »

Looking at an Fullspeed USB communication at the A or B cables connected to analogue channel A and B, SOF, IN and SETUP tokens are viewed fine. However, the DATA 1 frame never ends!?
The fine serial decoding list therefore always ends with a DATA 1 having a very long data field (Although only 8 bytes should de sent).
I look at the A channel USB/Single Ended (Can A and B analyzing be combined as I2C?) 12 Mbaud 1V, 2V Thresholds.
Setting the time rulers does not change/limit the decoding.
I suggest that a data field will be given the ability to terminate itself when a number of FF's occur.
In general the serial analyzer is a very powerful tool :)

Hi pm_embedded,

Could you please send a corresponding data file with the serial decoding set to support@picotech.com or post it here?

We can then take a look at the data and view your settings information.

Thanks,
