Support for 9000 series scopes

Post by ultracold »

Hi,
I was wondering when we could expect a driver fro the 9000 series scopes? I've got a 9302 and I really don't want to have to get a windows box to use it.

Cheers

Hitesh

Hi ultracold,

Unfortunately, there are no plans at the present moment to provide a Linux version of the software. The software is only supported on a Windows operating system.

Hello Pico`s,

first of all thanks to the linux programmers for the standard linux version,
which is running in the lab for 2 months with only 2 crashes
(compared to the roughly 600 crashes of the win prog in the last year with 2 picos).
You are saving my time, daily. Danke.
I would be also delighted to see a linux version for my new 9211 pico.
In a hirel test enviroment win is not really adequate, the stability of the
linux version is a good argument, also for your sales.

best regards
Berry

Hi PicoScop crew,

I know, somebody ask this question every year, but when you will provide PS9000 series for Linux? It's important for our lab..

Hi Radiovision,

The software for the PicoScope 9000 Series uses ActiveX.

Would it be possible for you to e-mail support@picotech.com in order to discuss this further please?
