Remote access of TC-08 using Linux and Delphi

Post by johnh »

Are there any code examples available for accessing a remote TC-08 device attached to a PC running FreeBSD (Unix). This has been up for several months without any problems running the Linux server software available from Picotech (tc08.tar).

I am monitoring several temperature controlled rooms remotely using standard Picolog client software on a Win95 machine but would like to access the TC-08 from another Linux machine and also to write a custom client program using Delphi7 for use on PC's and was hoping that client software might be available.

Regards to all.

Hi John,

The tc08.tar archive is our only example program for Linux. But we do have Delphi example files as well.
These are available through the downloads page when you install the drivers and manuals.

I have emailed you a copy of the full linux driver, as this may help you.

Kind Regards,
