Are you considering a IPAD compatible version?

Post by pgrant94035 »

Sorry this may cause cat calls, but are you considering making these tools work on IPADs. Ive bench marked the new PIAD and its midway between 13" and 15" Mac Book pro on processing video. There would need to be a USB power adapter, for sure. Certainly that not all. But the IPAd is a very portable instant on platform now with horsepower to make it interesting on a professional level. Solidworks even uses it for interactive augmented reality visualization of 3d CAD models .. :D

This is not on the current development plan but has not been ruled out, as you highlighted powering of our devices is obviously an issue, particularly for the higher powered scopes, and if you want to keep it truly portable.

As a first step we are looking at a Mac version of the software, having recently released a Linux version, although again no time scales.

Hi
I can imagine there is no drivers for Windows CE? or could be possible to re-use something of the current SDK and drivers developed for the Windows Platform ? we are a company that develop devices and sometimes we uses embedded Windows CE controlling OEM parts of other vendors.

regards
Paul
