In PicoScope 6.6.50.3 and 6.7.40.3 my 3406B is working properly, but with PicoLog is the problem. I tried 5.22.8 and later 5.23.0 but in both versions 3406B did not appear in configuration window. OS is Windows 7 Professional SP1. By the way I use ADC 212/50 for almost 10 years with no problems.

Sorry the 3406B is not compatible with the Picolog software, this is the case for all the scopes we have released over the past 3 years, and so they will not appear in any menus. The Picolog software is in maintenance mode so no changes will be made in this respect.

Are you aware that you can log for over 13 hours within one capture using the Picoscope software.

Martyn, I am not aware that I can log up to 13 hours of data and I am looking for that. How can I log more than just what has been displayed on one screen?

Set the required number of captures to the maximum value and then set the Times/Div to 5000 s/div. This will put the scope into streaming mode with a capture time of 50000 seconds, if you right click on the display and click ViewProperties you will see the exact capture settings the scope is using.

The trace will draw very slowly across the screen, you can zoom in to see more detail if you wish.
