Noise spectral density

Hi,

I wanted to measure the electronics noise spectral density of my device (V/sqrt(Hz)). When I obtain my spectrum in volts, I am not sure which is the window bandwidth I need to divide my spectra with to obtain V/sqrt(Hz). Is it range/no. of bins (maybe multiplied by ENBW multiplier for the exact filter type)?
