Driver pico HRDL.dll not found

Hi,

I have a Pico ADC-20/ADC024. When I go into the PLW recorder and new settings, "Driver picoHRDL.dll not found" appears. In the manual it states that this means no data logger could be found. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and everything is plugged in correctly. Any ideas?

Hi Kim,

Please check your installation folder (C:\Program Files\Pico Technology\Pico Full) and check if the PicoHRDL.dll is present.

If you have a 64-bit operating system, it will be C:\Program Files (x86)\Pico Technology\Pico Full

When you installed the software, did you select the item for teh ADc-20/24 when prompted to select your device?
