PicoScope 5443

Post by LucaFerroglio »

Hello,
We purchased a PicoScope 5443B, and I'm now trying to program it via Labview.
I'm running Labview 2012 SP1 (32bit) on a Windows 7 64bit OS.

I downloaded the last SDK for 5443 from the website, but it seems not to work: when I try to launch the Open vi, it gives a "PICO_NOT_FOUND" error.

The dll being called is the "ps5000.dll" one, but it seems that the correct one is actually the "ps5000a.dll", that I can find in install directory. I tried to call that one, but probably more parameters need to be passed, and I can't get to let it open the resource.

How can I solve this issue? Can anyone help me with this?

Hitesh

Hi Luca,

The SDK for the new PicoScope 5000 series oscilloscopes (using the ps5000a.dll) should be available soon - there's just 1 or 2 more examples to add to it.

Please could you e-mail support@picotech.com and I can send out a link to where you can download LabVIEW examples.

Thanks,
