Use Picoscope standalone

Post by siffer »

Hello,
I am a new user of PicoScope 3206B. Is it possible to use it to collect data without connecting it to the computer and then save its buffer data into computer afterward? I want it to collect data for tens of minutes using low sampling rate, and then I can connect it to laptop and save the data in its buffer.
Thanks very much!

Hitesh

Hi siffer,

The PicoScope must be connected to the PC in order to collect data. There is a driver on the PC which sends instructions to the device in order to carry out data acquisition and control other features, plus the device requires USB power.

Best wishes,
