Continuous update of AWG buffer

Post by iainking »

Is there any way I can update the AWG's buffer continuously from software, in order to generate a waveform more than 8k samples long (assuming I'm using 2206 scope)? I'm guessing not, but thought I would check.

Thanks

You can reload the waveform buffer but you would have to stop and start the scope to output the new signal which would cause gaps in the output signal.

Thanks Martyn, I thought it would be something like that.
