ADC212 PROBLEMS

Hi,
I've a ADC 212, I've been using it for sometime on my old PC (Dell). I've just bought a HP pc with windows 8 (64bit) and i'm having problems installing the SW. I pick the latest SW, but all i get is a scope with a test pattern going across the screen. The ADC212 unit has no affect on the signal, etc.
It looks like the pc does not recognized the 212 unit when i plug it into the usb port.
I've tried doing this a number of times, but still the same.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Hi John,

The ADC-212 (along with our other parallel port products) is incompatible with 64-bit operating systems.

You will need a 32-bit operating system to run the device.
