data logging

Post by wedeliver »

hi there,
I'm looking to set up a data logging system (connected to a pc) for a small greenhouse, i need a light sensor, 2 temperature sensors, a humidity sensor, a door open sensor, a pH sensor and a moisture sensor for soil (if you do them), i dont have too much cash to spend so i was wondering what's the cheapest system i could get for this
cheers

This was posted by another user and I am looking for pretty much the same setup.

thanks

Hi,

Thank you for your post.

I believe that the units you would need to measure 2 x temperature, humidity, light and door is the TH-03 and RH-02. The TH-03 has three channels and therefore you can use this for one temperature, light and door switch. To get the other temperature and humidity this will be by the RH-02. Toi measure PH the only unit we have at present is the DrDAQ.

Unfortuantely, we do not do soil moisture sensors, you would need to source this yourself, once you have found a sensor we would be able to advise on the unit to use.

Best regards,
Regards,
