ADC42 constantly shows -5VDC

ADC42 constantly shows -5VDC

My Picoscope connected to the ADC 42 and the USB port and the USB Parallel Converter constantly shows -5 VDC and when I disconnect the ADC42 from the USB Parralle Port the Picoscope shows + 5VDC.

Is it broken, or am I using wrong settings?

Please contact support@picotech.com as this could be a hardware error, and the unit may need to be returned.
