pico5203 offset problem

Post by richiechen »

Hi

I am using pico 5203.
When the Channel 1 is used, there will always be an offset of 400mV. Even when I connect the ground probe with the signal probe, the offset still exists.

When channel 2 is used, it just works fine.

What happens? Could I calibrate it?

Thank you

Richie

Hi Richie,

Have you tried this with nothing connected to the input?
Also what range is this offset on?
Is the offset the same on all ranges?

This looks most likely like a fault with the unit, please email support@picotech.com for further assistance.
