TC-08 Time Vector Error

Post by JeffT »

I'm using a USB TC-08 thermocouple data logger. I had it setup for 1 sample/second with 50,000 samples and Qty. 3 Type T thermocouples. I then ran a temperature profile in our enviromental chamber with the three tc's inside.
The problem I have is the time vector stamp for the samples appears to be off by a factor of 2.
When I look at the resulting profile, the total time is half what it should be. The soak time at -30C should have been 1h30min but the logger showed 45min. I verified that the time is correct on our chamber with a stopwatch as well as with a 2nd thermocouple logger. I'm not sure if this is user error or a problem with the logger. Has anybody ever seen this issue? I scanned the forum and did not find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

I updated the pico logger software to the latest release and it appears to have corrected the timing issue.
