PicoLog TC-08 Driver or Unit not FOUND!!!

PicoLog TC-08 Driver or Unit not FOUND!!!

Hi, basically i have this PicoLog TC-08 RS232 from my university for my project. And the TC-08 i have got is a very old model which comes with 3 Floppy Discket for the installation (obviously i can't use those floppi disc). However i have use the website to install the latest version on my laptop but it seems doesn't work after i have try to installed both TC-08 serial or USB, because the picolog itself i have to connected from the port to an external USB therefore it can direct connect to my laptop. After the TC-08 serial installation, it said Driver V2.6 not found and for the TC-08 USB installation, it said unit not found. I was really confused. Does anyone can help me with this problems please?

It looks like your USB to serial adapter is not installed correctly. Check in Device Manager that there is a USB Serial device and that the assigned comport is COM9 or lower.
