Exporting Filtered Data

Post by dqnova1 »

When applying a low pass filter to a previously saved data set and then exporting the data to a .mat file, I get a "file may be corrupt" error in Matlab and cannot open the file in any way. Exporting to CSV gives the filtered data, but only the first 1M samples or so (total samples is about 5M). Anyone have any thoughts?

Hi dqnova1,

The Development team have been made aware of this previously and will be investigating this.

Within MATLAB, if you change your workspace directory to that containing the .mat file and left click the file, you might be able to load in some of the channels if you have collected data from more than one channel.

I hope to have an update as soon as possible.

Regards,
