You can find the information you need in the manual which can be downloaded from http://www.picotech.com/document/brochures.html?id=44

Hi Martyn,

Addition to my question, how to get the data from PLW Recorder Spreadsheet exactly the same what am I looking on the screen? I tried saving it on txt file and I only get one line but in PLW Recorder Spreadsheet there are lots of data scrolling. Or is there a way to save the captured data to the database like sql or access?

Thank you and Regards,
John

Hi John,

It sounds as though you might have only had one row selected in the spreadsheet view. Please click the 'Select' icon as shown in the image below to highlight all rows and then either copy and paste the data into a spreadsheet application or save to file.
Selecting all rows in PLW Spreadsheet window.
Selecting all rows in PLW Spreadsheet window.
If you save the data to a text file, you should be able to read it in to a database application. You can also set the data file type to be a text file or comma separated values (.csv) file in the main PLW Recorder window when you create the data file to record to.

I hope this helps.

Regards,
