Hello,
we got a new PS 6003 oscilloscope in our lab and it's our first product from Picotech, so I'm sure my problem is really banal, but still I got stacked and any little help can help me. Following the programmers manual I'm working on a small program for data collection in block mode in python using ctypes. Everything works fine until I try to set the downSampleRatioMode to PS6000_RATIO_MODE_AVERAGE. In this case nothing is written to the buffer. Does anyone some experiences with this settings? or some code?
I also tried to use the vi for block mode in Labview, with the same result, everything is fine, the signal is clearly captured and displayed in all downSampleRatioModes except the PS6000_RATIO_MODE_AVERAGE mode.

please let us know when this issue becomes resolved. This (PS6000_RATIO_MODE_AVERAGE) is the most valuable mode for our research.
