Triggering in XY mode ONLY when signal is low

Post by baries »

Hello ~ I'm using a PicoScope 4000 with software version 6 in XY mode (Lissajous figure - circle). I would like to run a several minute long test - and if no trigger occurs, and no signal is captured, then this test would pass.

:!: Is there a way to set the trigger to occur only when athe signal drops below a set amplitude? :!:

This is a circle test in a linear encoder application and the expected signal is 0.7vpp to 1.0vpp. If it drops below 0.7vpp, even for a moment, I would like to capture that point in the test.

Thanks!
Brian

If you open a Scope window, alongside the XY mode window, you can use this to set the trigger conditions.
