ps5000Stop doesn't cancle waiting for trigger

I have PicoScope 5203 connected to a linux machin.
The problem is that the ps5000Stop() function doesn't cancle waiting for a trigger and it never returns. The behaveour can be observed with the PS5000con demo program that commes with the driver. I tested with two PicoScope 5203 and observed the same problem with both.
