Averaging waveforms over several seconds and storing continu
Hi,
I have a Picoscope 3206 connected to an ultrasounds pulse/receiver. I am trying to figure out the best way to average 2-4 seconds of returned waveforms from an ultrasound transducer as well as continuously storing the averaged waveforms for a total elapsed time of about 300 seconds. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

We have added some new functions in the Maths Channels, including min/max/average, which combined with alarms that save the current waveforms should enable you to achieve this.
They are available in the Beta version of Picoscope 6 which can be downloaded from http://labs.picotech.com/ and installed alongside the current release versions without any interference.
Give it a try and if you need further help just post some more details.
